Our Crew Teams standard practices are to always wear clean pullover shoe coverings, place a large 2' x 4' mats on the floor where they are working, carefully move furniture as needed, move furniture carefully back into its original space, and ladders that are used inside will be cleaned before bringing them into the homes.

Silver Service : out only

• Brush down/ exterior surrounds to remove cobwebs
• Wet wash glass
• Blade and scrub remaining soil
• Wet wash glass again
• Squeegee glass streak free

Gold Service: in and out

• Remove screens
• Brush down/ exterior surrounds to remove cobwebs
• Wet wash glass
• Blade and scrub remaining soil
• Wet wash glass again
• Squeegee glass streak free
• Dry interior windows sills
• Dry perimeter edges of glass
• Dry brush screens
• Replace screens
• Carefully move furniture and items back to original, spot vacuum floor

Upgrade Service: add-on option to Gold Service

• Open window, vacuum out the soil in tracking/casement
• Vacuum and clean tracking/casement upper, sides, and lower
• Clean interior framing and sills
• Dry brush and Wet clean screens then apply screen clean protector solution
• Lubricate mechanism joints and friction points w/Silcone spray

In addition, our add on services range from power washing to light bulb replacement, along with screen, track, and mirror cleaning.

Add on services:

1. Power-wash house siding
2. Power-wash front entry way and or decking
3. Mirror cleaning
4. Replace light bulbs that require ladder access
